What is Top Surgery?
Top surgery is a surgical procedure that allows a transgender person to remove/insert extra breast tissue through a plastic surgeon. It removes or reduces extra breast tissue for female-to-male transgender men. On the other hand, it helps transwomen to have larger breasts by inserting silicone which is known also as breast implants. In this article, we will discuss transgender men’s breast removal surgery. Only a few surgeons may operate breast implants in the list.
Whenever we find out the surgeon’s list and contacts, we reach out to our community friends who have done their transition before us. Maybe they are 4-8 years on hormone therapy. They didn’t openly share doctor resources. For this reason, trans guys aren’t getting any information from themself. Most trans guys ignore it in case people think It’s their benefit. As a trans man, I start finding various results from various surgeons. Most Trans guys aren’t comfortable sharing their images. So, I saw little results. In my research, I found out there are only three or four plastic surgeons whose results were good. Dr Narendra Kausik, Dr Parag Telang, Dr Bheem Singh Nanda, and Dr Sumit Jaiswal are good for upper part surgery for ftm. Dr Madhusudan G’s results were good for FTM surgeries including top and bottom.
Plastic Surgeon Narendra Kaushik is very trans friendly and his top surgery result is very good, specifically keyhole. A close friend had breast removal surgery from him and his result is very natural. His Double Incision Top Surgery result is also good. He has a good team. His team is supportive. When I found him in the mail and shared my number, he directly called me. I was very much happy. But unfortunately, I had no option because I did the surgery in Kolkata for COVID-19. That time my chest dysphoria was very high. So, I didn’t take more days to wait. Some months ago I visited to dr Narendra Kaushik and Dr Madhusudan G for the next surgeries. He has many negative ratings on his Google profile. He allows big breasts for keyhole surgery with less complication which is very positive. He is always available in his clinic in Indore excluding surgery dates in other states.
